In 2018 we successfully launched Welcome to the market on behalf of Workman, having developed the brand proposition over the previous six months. Fast forward to 2020, and the recent industry press coverage, in CoStar and elsewhere, of new instructions fuelling it’s continued growth to 4m sq.ft now under management is great to see. Since launch we’ve worked with the team to develop core business development collateral and exploit social media and PR coverage wherever possible to highlight the great work being done by the team across their portfolio.
Now that the concept is fully established In 2020, we hope to be able to invest in more and better content to really bring the Welcome experience to life and continue to support the business development activity of the team.
